1. Who We Are
Uniform Story offers custom uniforms, corporate wear, hospitality uniforms, healthcare uniforms, industrial workwear, and custom embroidery.
2. Information about products
We attempt to display product descriptions, images, colours and specifications as accurately as possible. Note: Product colour and design may be slightly different from the actual product due to screen settings, lighting and manufacturing processes.
3. Special orders
Custom logo embroidery, printing and personalisation services are done to customer specifications. Once production begins, there may be no changes possible to artwork, designs, sizes or quantities.
4. Pricing & Quotes
Prices shown on the website are for reference only and may be changed without prior notice. Please note that products for bulk orders, customised products and embroidery will be quoted in a formal quotation.
5. Confirm Order
Orders are only confirmed after: Design approval (if required), Quantity verification, Payment confirmation (when applicable). The Uniform Story reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including incorrect information, pricing error, or product unavailability.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are approximate and are subject to: Order number, Needs for customisation, Shipment point, Delays with external couriers. The Uniform Story shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics.
7. Refunds & Returns
We do not accept returns on customised and personalised items unless there is a manufacturing defect or if we made an error. Please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for complete details.
8. Intellectual Property Ownership
The Uniform Story owns all website content including text, graphics, logos, images and designs and such may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.
9. Liability Limitation
The Uniform Story shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
10. Confidentiality
Any personal information you give us via our website will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to the Terms
