At Uniform Story, every order is custom made for you. Please read our cancellation and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Cancellation
Cancellation is not possible once manufacturing has started on your order.
Returns
Returns can be made only if: The product received is damaged, or the product has no prints or embroidery on it (i.e. it was not customised as ordered). We provide margin for any kind of alterations on all products offered by Uniform Story, so most fit concerns can be resolved without a return.
